This is one of my favorite ruins in Taiwan, unfortunately the history behind it is not of a positive one. It used to be a copper refinery, the toxin created in the process was released into the mountains kilometers away. It heavily polluted the environment near by even till today, the ocean is two toned because of the waste still washes off from the mines. I DO NOT recommend anybody visit the ruins, because of the toxin left behind still remains, and I didn't know till after my exploration.... just let your drone do the exploration if you must :)
